Statistical Analyst
Apply acquired theoretical knowledge to practical applications. Perform evaluations of statistical methods and procedures currently used by the business. Assess sources of information, their applicability and accuracy. Acquire raw data for processing and ensure data validity, reliability, and usability. Introduce necessary data-processing changes in terms of determination of sample groups' sizes and types. Design statistical project in conformance to the business needs. Process data for statistical modeling that could be used in understandable reports leading to realization of
business projects. Apply working knowledge of such commonly used software as SAS, SAS Enterprise Miner, XGobi, Sybase Power Builder. Prepare and present reports of statistical analyses. 40 hours / week, Mon.-Fri., 10AM - 6PM. $26.66 / hour. M.A. / M.S. in Statistics / Mathematics or equivalent required.
